Our dropshipping model

Kova operates as a dropshipping store. This means we work with a network of trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners located in different countries around the world. Your items are shipped directly from these international suppliers to your address. As a result, if your order contains more than one product, the items may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages, at different times, and from different locations.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Germany and the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days after your order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). This estimate includes order handling and international transit. Because items are shipped internationally from various suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the product and the destination.

Possible delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than usual — up to 60 business days — for example when there are delays in customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed, and we appreciate your patience in these situations.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we will send you a notification. Tracking information will be provided whenever it is available from the supplier or carrier.
